The RB46A Plastic Strapping Tool features a brushless motor direct-drive technology which provides the highest level of accuracy and reliability. It features state of the art technology which results in less maintenance and ensures a longer lifetime of the motor. The thick and solid structure of this battery-powered tool provides outstanding impact resistance.

Quality Bosch Battery

The RB46A comes equipped with a high-quality Bosch Battery which provides up to 415 (for PP) and 320 (for PET) strapping cycles per charge on high tension mode. This battery is rechargeable and has a long life span of up to 1,000 charges.

Spare parts such as suspension brackets and bottom base wearing protection plates are available.

Digital Touch Panel

Our RB46A features a unique digital touch panel, which allows you to change through various operation modes, tension force and sealing time to simplify the operation. This digital screen also shows you the battery power level, cycle counter and error codes.

Friction weld sealing

The advanced friction weld sealing technology guarantees reliable joint and high seal efficiency for both PP and PET strapping. An automatic weld function speeds up cycle time.

With various different modes such as automatic, semi-automatic, manual and soft, it helps to satisfy with various strapping requirements. In the automatic mode, it offers a one-button action to complete the full strapping process (tensioning, cutting and sealing) in less than 4 seconds.

Adjust the Strapping Tension

If you are looking for easy tension adjustment you will find that on the digital touch panel. However, no adjustment is required if you are changing strap thickness, and the cooling time will automatically be adjusted according to the different tension.
