Key product features
What is the difference between the clips and buckles
They both do the same job – hold the Stainless Steel Banding. But what matters is the application. Buckles have thicker ‘lugs’ which means that more force will be needed to hammer them down which might damage the item. That is why clips are frequently used to band fragile items as the ‘lugs’ are thinner which require less force to bend.
316 Stainless Steel is a Marine Grade type of Stainless Steel which is resistant to corrosion to freshwater allowing it to be used within applications with marine splash zones. SureFast 316 grade steel clips also strong and robust as they can double band which provides extra strength and reliability.
Where are clips used?
Due to the system's strength Clips and Stainless Steel Banding is widely used throughout the UK to secure signs on private and public roads as well as on the motorways.
